OFFERING PROFESSIONAL, RELIABLE, IMPARTIAL ADVICE

We are a member of a Client Protection Scheme under UKALA (UK association Of Letting Agents) Registration no: 192332. Our fees are outlined below:

Sales fees:

1.5% (inclusive of VAT) for SOLE AGENGY
3% (inclusive of VAT) for MULTI AGENCY

Letting Fees:

Full management function 14.4% (inclusive of VAT)
Let only function 7.8% (inclusive of VAT)
